Questions about Plazgo

Start here to understand the public website, the member app, and the ways people can work together.

Can my sports team post a fundraiser?

Yes. Publish a member-only fundraiser promotion with your team, purpose and participation details. Add an optional photo and external link. Dates and venue are required only for event-based activities. Post a Fundraiser.

Can coaches, team parents, and booster clubs use Plazgo?

Yes. Adult team representatives can join and promote authorized team activities. A Hub is optional for promotion and required for an organizer’s sponsorship request.

Can we find sponsors for uniforms or travel?

You can request cash, products, services or venue support through a sponsorship opportunity. Describe the support needed and concrete benefits you can deliver; a request does not guarantee a sponsor. Find Team Sponsors.

Does Plazgo collect donations?

No. Donation collection is unavailable and Plazgo has no donation checkout. You may link to an external fundraiser, whose service and terms apply. Learn about team fundraising.

What can I see before creating an account?

You can read these informational pages to learn about Plazgo. The community feed, profiles, posts, events, opportunity listings and discussions are inside the signed-in app. A shared member-content link will ask you to sign in and then return you to that destination.

Is Plazgo only for one city?

No. Members can choose a U.S. city or ZIP code, browse a surrounding area, or explore nationwide. Your browsing location is separate from your profile’s home location. Distance estimates use postal-area centers rather than a precise home address.

How is finding a partner different from sponsorship?

Find a Partner is for people with complementary skills, time or experience who want to discuss working together. Sponsorships connect organizers with businesses offering money, products, services or venue support in exchange for agreed benefits.

Does sending an introduction commit me to anything?

No. An introduction starts a conversation. It does not create an ownership interest, contract or payment obligation. Discuss responsibilities and arrangements before committing. Sponsorship confirmation requires both sides to acknowledge the same version of the agreement.

Can one account manage more than one business?

Yes. A member can manage multiple business or organizer profiles, subject to their permissions on each team. A business’s physical location and service coverage are separate, so nationwide coverage does not imply a storefront in every city.

Can I post an online event?

Events can use a physical venue or online format. Review the timezone, date and organizer details before participating. See how events work for an overview.

Can I add a photo to a partner opportunity?

Yes. You can upload one JPG, PNG or WebP photo up to 10 MB, preview it, and replace or remove it. Images are resized and location metadata is removed. Export HEIC or HEIF photos to a supported format first. Use only images you have permission to share.

Can Google read member content?

Google can crawl the public informational website. Member profiles, posts, listings and discussions require a valid signed-in session, including access through the app’s data endpoints. Inside the app, visibility settings and participant permissions still apply.

How do I create an account or recover access?

Use Create account or Log in below. The sign-in screen shows the methods currently configured. Email signup and password recovery depend on mail delivery being enabled; the screen explains when they are unavailable. Existing email-and-password sign-in remains available.

How do I contact Plazgo?

For account help or technical support, email [email protected]. For general questions and partnerships, email [email protected].

Does Plazgo guarantee attendance, sales or a successful partnership?

No. Assess the details and talk with the people involved. Audience estimates and delivered benefits are reported by participants, not guarantees of results. Read the community guidelines and policies before sharing content or making arrangements.
