Across the U.S. · Connected locally

Find event sponsors. Build local business relationships.

Plazgo helps businesses and organizers connect around financial support, products, services, or venue contributions.

Support your sports team

Coaches, team parents and booster clubs can promote a fundraiser or find team sponsors. A football car wash for equipment or a volleyball fundraiser for travel is an illustrative use case, not a real listing. Fundraiser promotion does not require sponsorship benefits; sponsorship requests describe what a supporting business receives.

Find a sponsor for your team or event

Create an account and an organizer Hub, then publish a sponsorship request. Describe the team or event, the support needed and the benefits you can provide. Interested businesses can inquire and discuss the details with you.

Make the contribution clear

Organizers explain what they are organizing, where and when it happens, what support they need, and what the supporting business receives. Benefits might include a booth, signage, or agreed promotional posts.

How to ask a local business for sponsorship

  1. Introduce the event or team. Explain its purpose, location, schedule and the people you expect to reach. Label attendance figures as estimates.
  2. Make a specific request. State the amount or type of support you need, its intended use and your deadline. Products, printing, equipment or venue space may be useful alternatives to cash.
  3. Offer benefits you can deliver. Describe recognition, signage, a booth or other agreed benefits, with clear limits and dates.
  4. Agree on responsibilities. Discuss the proposal with the business and record the contribution, delivery dates and benefits before treating the sponsorship as confirmed.

Become a sponsor in your community

Look for activities that fit your service area, customers and available resources. Ask the organizer how your support will be used, who will handle delivery, and what recognition is included. Expressing interest starts a conversation; it does not commit you to sponsor.

Discuss, agree, and document

Businesses can express interest without committing to payment or sponsorship. Both sides discuss responsibilities and acknowledge the same agreement before confirmation. Agreed support, payments received, and benefits delivered are recorded separately. Audience estimates are labeled, not guarantees.

Local sponsorships in Phoenix, Glendale and the West Valley

Our launch-area focus includes youth sports teams, school representatives, community organizers and businesses in Phoenix, Glendale and Arizona’s West Valley. A football team might request equipment support, while a volleyball team might seek travel sponsorship. These are examples, not available offers or funding promises. Members elsewhere in the U.S. can use the same process.

Is sponsorship guaranteed?

No. Businesses decide whether a request fits their goals and resources. Publishing a request or expressing interest does not guarantee a sponsor, funding or a completed agreement.
