Promote your team, school or community fundraiser.
Coaches, adult team representatives, schools and community organizers can share fundraising activities with Plazgo members. Explain the cause, how to participate and where any external campaign is hosted. Teams can also connect with businesses interested in sponsorship.
Promote a fundraiser
Share your team or organization, fundraiser title, purpose, description, optional photo, and how people can participate. Choose an event-based activity to include dates, timezone and venue, or a campaign without event dates. An online campaign requires an external support link. An event-based fundraiser includes its participation instructions and may include an external link. You do not need sponsorship benefits or a Hub to publish a fundraiser promotion.
Published promotions appear in the member Fundraisers area and community feed. Members can browse nationwide or by location. Shared links require login before viewing the details.
Find a team sponsor
Create an organizer Hub and publish a sponsorship request explaining the cash, products, services or venue support you need and concrete benefits you can offer. For example, agree on signage or program recognition only if your team can deliver it. Businesses can express interest, then discuss terms with you. Support is never guaranteed.
Ideas for your team
These are illustrative examples, not real listings or successful campaigns.
- A football team promotes a car wash to help purchase equipment, with the date, venue and instructions for taking part.
- A volleyball team shares a fundraiser for tournament travel and an optional link to its external campaign.
- A booster club requests local business sponsorship and describes agreed recognition.
- A team seeks donated products or services, such as equipment or printing, through a clearly labeled sponsorship request.
What to include in a team fundraiser promotion
- Identify the team and adult organizer. Explain your connection to the team and confirm you have permission to represent it.
- Describe the purpose. Tell supporters whether the fundraiser is for uniforms, equipment, tournament travel or another specific team need.
- Explain how to participate. For an event, include the date, timezone and venue. For an external campaign, provide clear instructions and check that the destination link works.
- Share updates responsibly. Keep details accurate and avoid publishing children’s private information.
Fundraiser promotion or sponsorship?
A fundraiser promotion explains a cause and how people can participate. A sponsorship request offers agreed benefits to a supporting business. You can use either approach, or both when appropriate, but make each request clear. Learn more about event and team sponsorships or organizing a fundraiser event.
Community fundraising in Glendale and the West Valley
Our initial focus is Phoenix, Glendale and Arizona’s West Valley. A school representative might share a community fundraiser, or a coach might promote a team activity for uniforms or travel. These examples describe the tools, not real campaigns or results. Organizers across the U.S. are welcome.
Who can take part?
Coaches, adult team parents, booster club representatives, and authorized school or community organizers can join. Only represent a team with its permission. Do not publish children’s private details or photos without appropriate permission.
Does Plazgo collect donations?
No. Plazgo promotes activities and connects people. Plazgo does not issue donation tax receipts. Donation collection is unavailable; there is no donation checkout on Plazgo. An external fundraiser uses its own service and terms. Check the organizer and destination before participating.
