Support your sports team

Coaches, team parents and booster clubs can promote a fundraiser or find team sponsors. A football car wash for equipment or a volleyball fundraiser for travel is an illustrative use case, not a real listing. Fundraiser promotion does not require sponsorship benefits; sponsorship requests describe what a supporting business receives.

Ways to use Plazgo

Illustrative examples, not live events: a coach organizes a volleyball tournament fundraiser for travel; a school shares a football camp; a nonprofit recruits volunteers for a community gathering; a business hosts a workshop; a market organizer invites vendors.

Discover and organize

Search by keyword, city/ZIP and radius, date range, category, in-person or online format, free or paid admission, and sponsor, volunteer or vendor needs. Today and weekend shortcuts use the selected area’s timezone, or Eastern time for nationwide browsing. Review event details, venue or online information, and the event timezone before making plans.

Organizers can publish an event, manage its details, and keep participants informed. Interested and Going counts reflect member RSVPs. Organizer attendance estimates are separately labeled and are not guarantees. An RSVP is not a ticket or required registration. Paid admission and contribution links go to external services; Plazgo does not process donations.

How to promote a community event

  1. Make the essentials easy to find. Include the event name, city, venue or online format, date, timezone, and organizer contact instructions.
  2. Explain who it is for. Describe the activity, admission cost, accessibility information you can confirm, and any registration requirements.
  3. Describe how people can help. Be specific about volunteer roles, vendor opportunities, or sponsorship needs.
  4. Keep plans current. Update your listing when times, locations, or registration instructions change. Share the member link with your community; visitors will need to sign in to see it.

Event promotion in Phoenix and the West Valley

Planning a workshop in Phoenix, a school gathering in Glendale or a community event elsewhere in Arizona’s West Valley? Explain the local details clearly and share your member event link with people who may want to participate. These are ways to use Plazgo, not a calendar of current events. The same tools support organizers across the U.S.
